EZ Flow once again got my central air that went out on one of the hottest days of the summer back in service. It went out Saturday night, and they were at my house first thing Sunday morning. I’m a long time customer (over 5 years), and I fully trust them. It is such a load off my back that they have all my HVAC and plumbing needs covered. Ahmed is as professional, reliable, and honest as it gets. EZ Flow really goes the extra mile to take care of their customers.

The guys at EZ Flow are great! We had a leak and they came a couple of hours later in the scheduled time window and fixed it. Amad was curtious, kind and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue in now time and left everything clean as new. I highly recommend them based on this experience.

Imad is very professional, I called for a problem with my furnace and he come out the same day. He figured out quickly that the pressure switch went bad, he order the new one and had it installed the next day all for a reasonable price. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all with ease. I would definitely recommend this company…. A+

Not only did he do a service at my house for something that MAWSS had messed up but he also came to the apartment complex I work at and was able to diagnose and get a game plan together faster than most plumbers return a call. Ahmad was fantastic! I tried to replace my hose faucet and ended up breaking a pipe and then braking my valve to shut the water. I had to shut off the water to avoid flooding my basement. I called and he came within an hour. He quickly fixed the leaking pipe and replaced my hose faucet. Didn’t over charge me. Professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

It’s not often that I give a glowing review because, let’s face it, no one is perfect BUT in this case I must! Daoud showed up with 3 trucks and 4 men exactly on time and replaced my very old central air system. They were neat, organized, professional, ran up and down stairs for hours, carried in heavy equipment, and didn’t break, damage or dirty a single thing! Cleaned up everything inside and out before they left and my system is working beautifully! Daoud helped me through the whole process from choosing the best equipment for my needs, to being on-site when it arrived for inspection, to the actual installation. He also offers an annual service contract which is far more reasonable than the one I had with PSE&G. After this, he really will be my go-to-guy for future projects!

Tech was courteous, up front with all costs, fast, clean. Very happy to get on with my life knowing the problem was solved correctly by a professional.

Have had excellent service from this business for years – cloggged pipes, leaky faucet, overflowing dishwasher, a/c repair, etc. Always courteous and on time. Some of these issues were on weekends, and prices were fair. Recently had Ali replace two faucets. A small issue was quickly rectified the next day, with a bonus add on thrown in for free. I have and will continue to recommend this family run business.

Team was great, came in saw the problem, told me estimate that I could afford waited to get the part that was needed and repaired my unit the following day.

I have used EZ flow plumbing several times. They are hands down the best company in Mobile. Especially Austin, who came super late to make sure that of my guest was taken care of. He was professional, straight up and honest, and funny. Definitely made light of a stressful situation. Would highly recommend him to anyone, and definitely will using their services if anything comes up in the future.
