Imad is very professional, I called for a problem with my furnace and he come out the same day. He figured out quickly that the pressure switch went bad, he order the new one and had it installed the next day all for a reasonable price. Imad was the best plumber I’ve worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue – he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn’t have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad – they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional – would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

Have had excellent service from this business for years – cloggged pipes, leaky faucet, overflowing dishwasher, a/c repair, etc. Always courteous and on time. Some of these issues were on weekends, and prices were fair. Recently had Ali replace two faucets. A small issue was quickly rectified the next day, with a bonus add on thrown in for free. I have and will continue to recommend this family run business.

We had an after hours grinder pump emergency and Austin saved the night! He was so nice and got to the bottom of our problem fast. Excellent Communication, and came out quickly. Also, I felt the pricing was so much better than some others had quoted me for after hours service. We will use EZ Flow again!
