We had an after hours grinder pump emergency and Austin saved the night! He was so nice and got to the bottom of our problem fast. Excellent Communication, and came out quickly. Also, I felt the pricing was so much better than some others had quoted me for after hours service. We will use EZ Flow again!

The first was a phone call in which the technician tried his best to help me with my problem and the second occurred about a week later when he showed up to assess what was going on. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He gave me some tips on how to fix a leak, which allowed me to save some money. Most importantly, Ahmad was honest, and that goes a long way. I had a small leak under the sink. It was not an emergency at all however, Adam from easy flow came within 10 minutes and repaired it . he also cleaned up around the leak and packed my valve in the basement that was starting to leak when we turned the water back on. Very satisfied with Austin’s communication and quality of service as he worked to find a solution for us over the weekend. He was in the middle of several emergencies but still managed to keep us updated on the status of our repair and his timeline for arrival. He also followed upon completion to make sure we receive copies of any additional documentation needed for the repair.
