EZ Flow once again got my central air that went out on one of the hottest days of the summer back in service. It went out Saturday night, and they were at my house first thing Sunday morning. I’m a long time customer (over 5 years), and I fully trust them. It is such a load off my back that they have all my HVAC and plumbing needs covered. I’ve had two pleasant experiences thus far with this company. The first was a phone call in which the technician tried his best to help me with my problem and the second occurred about a week later when he showed up to assess what was going on. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He gave me some tips on how to fix a leak, which allowed me to save some money. Most importantly, Ahmad was honest, and that goes a long way. He will definitely be my go to plumber!

My ac broke on a 95 degree day. It was a Saturday late afternoon and a guy came out within a hour of my call. He was willing to fix it asap but the warehouse was closed until Monday for the part I needed. This employee called me first thing Monday morning to let me know he was on the way to fix my ac. Wow!!! He fixed it within the hour of calling me. This has been exceptionally great professional caring company. Thank you so much.

Excellent service. They came within an hour of calling to fix our sewage back-up and were in and out in under an hour. They fixed the sewage back-up and offered to call another service provider to get us a quote on clean up.

We had the privilege of having Austin come to our home for an after hour’s service repair. One of the pipes on our hot water heater had burst in addition to the manifold (T shaped) pipe breaking under our home as well. Austin was prompt and professional during the service call. Needed a quick replacement of my central air and they came through. Called in the morning and they arrived to give estimate a few hours later. I asked if they would be able to start job next day and finish that same day and they said they would. I was expecting it would take a full day, but they were done by 2 pm. Oh, and they did it on one of the hottest days of the year!
